Hearing AidsThese are the smallest hearing aids available. They fit deep inside the ear canal, and they are nearly invisible once inserted.
ITC aids are small enough to fit almost entirely in your ear canal, making them hardly noticeable, yet they are large enough to include dual microphones.
These are larger one-piece aids custom made to fit within your ear. They fill the entire bowl of the ear and are often used with patients who have problems with dexterity.
BTE aids fit snugly behind your ear and are attached to a custom earpiece molded to the shape of your outer ear.
These are very small, cosmetically appealing, behind-the-ear aids. They use ultra-thin tubing and have a small dome that sits inside the canal but does not block the ear, hence the term “open-fit.” These aids have greatly changed the hearing aid industry in the last two years.
